More Than a Festival
Friends of Reggae International is a Missouri nonprofit rooted in a Kansas City festival history beginning in 1989. Reggae is a living cultural art form, connecting people across generations and cultures.
We create space to celebrate regional and international voices and the music that brings people together.
We lift up local vendors and businesses, island flavors, visual art, and the community around them.
