Schedule & Site Access
Vendor Check-In and Set-Up
- Food vendors: Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM
- All vendors: Friday, September 18, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Vehicle cutoff: No vendor vehicles on festival grounds after 2:30 PM
- Tear-down: Begins 9:00 PM and must be complete by 11:30 PM

Do not submit payment until your application has been approved. No refunds will be issued after September 5, 2026.
Requirements Before You Arrive
Insurance
All vendors must provide Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Food vendors must name Friends of Reggae International (FORI) as Additional Insured.
Equipment
Vendors provide their own tent, tables, and chairs. Food vendors must also provide electrical power/generator. The festival provides string lighting only.
Health Department
Food vendors must comply with Kansas City Health Department requirements, including handwashing, safe holding temperatures, food protection, sanitizer, flooring, overhead protection, and calibrated thermometers.
Taxes & Reporting
Vendors are responsible for sales taxes, PID1 reporting, and completion of the Vendor Reporting Form after the festival. Berkley Riverfront Park is within Port Improvement District No. 1, which imposes an additional 1% sales and use tax.

Payment Methods
Vendor applications must be approved before payment is submitted. Approved agreements must be paid in full and presented at check-in.
